Vulcan's Forge is a Cincinnati-based 501(c)(3) arts organization on a mission to amplify the creative voices of disabled artists facing mental, physical, and emotional challenges. With an inclusive approach, we unite artists, both disabled and non-disabled, to collaboratively produce awe-inspiring artwork. "Jim Forgetting" unveils a poignant exploration of early onset Alzheimer's disease, delving into the depths of memory and the human spirit. Through this production, we aim to illuminate the challenges faced by individuals and families grappling with this relentless condition. "Non-Vertical Girl" takes center stage, painting an evocative portrait of life with disability. The stage will come alive with the dynamic synergy of Infinite Floe Dance, a troupe that seamlessly weaves together disabled and able-bodied dancers. In "The Forge Shows Its Temper II," our gallery space will be transformed into a tapestry of creativity. This exhibition showcases the raw, unbridled talent of artists from all walks of life, proving that true artistry knows no bounds. And finally, a musical play dedicated to the Down's Syndrome community will take audiences on a spirited journey of joy, challenges, and triumphs.
