Here’s the truth: when workers own the businesses they help build, our entire community rises. Co-op Cincy creates worker-owned businesses, helps existing companies transition to employee ownership, and trains over 1,300 people a year in cooperative economics. It’s one of the few organizations in Cincinnati actively building an economy that keeps wealth local and puts power back in workers’ hands.
