$7,000 Goal

For more than 20 years, Staffmark Group has been proud to stand alongside NewPath Child & Family Solutions (formerly St. Joseph Orphanage) and support the life-changing work they do for children and young adults across Greater Cincinnati. What began as our annual participation in their Christmas Wish program has grown into a long-standing partnership rooted in compassion, community, and a shared commitment to helping young people thrive.

NewPath has been a lifeline for children and families since 1829, providing comprehensive support for young people who have experienced severe trauma. From outpatient therapy and a K–12 therapeutic school to foster care, young adult transition support, and residential treatment, their services ensure that every child has the opportunity to heal and build a brighter future.

Today, NewPath’s most urgent need is the expansion of their residential program. While they have the capacity to care for 100 children each year, they receive more than 900 referrals from youth in crisis—far more than they can currently serve. These are children who need safety, stability, and a supportive environment, and too many are turned away simply due to limited space.

Staffmark Group employees have continually stepped up to support NewPath’s mission, contributing nearly $20,000 since 2021 alone. With NewPath preparing to expand their residential services, our partnership matters now more than ever.

This year, we’re challenging ourselves to raise $7,000 during NewPath’s Matching Gift Campaign. Every dollar we contribute helps ensure more children have access to a safe home, therapeutic care, and the chance to reclaim their futures.

Together, we can make sure no child is left without the care they urgently need. Let’s continue showing what it means to be the Heart Between People and Jobs—by being the heart behind the hope these kids deserve.
